Set a fire and watch how quickly the wood begins to burn. If it catches the flame quickly, it is a good sign, and you should proceed with the divination.

Some say that if the fire lights quickly it is a sign that visitors are on their way. Others say that if the fire is difficult to light, rain is to be expected.
